How it works

Application Form

Step 01

We come to you!
Everything starts with the secure and certified on-site collection of your hardware. Once packed and collected, your devices are transported to our warehouse for professional processing.

Step 02

Preparing your devices for a second life.

All data-bearing devices undergo a certified data erasure (Blancco) in the warehouse to make your equipment data safe. Next, the devices are tested, repaired, and quality-checked to extend their lifespan while meeting safety and performance norms.

We work with the following labels to guarantee your datasafety during every step in the process:

- ISO 9001, 14001, 27001
- WEELABEX
- Blancco data wiping certificate on asset level.

- A detailed overview of the donated material (serial number, any internal asset tags, model, possible defects, etc.).
