Our whole organisation revolves around bridging the digital divide. We aim to close the digital gap by delivering refurbished IT devices to valuable projects all around the world, but we would not have refurbished IT devices if it weren't for our donors. So today, it's time for us to thank yet another donor, a big thank you to the police district of Het Houtsche!

The police district of Het Houtsche contacted Close the Gap a little while ago, telling us that their employees were given the opportunity to buy other IT devices at a reasonable price. The IT devices that, because of this, would not be used anymore all received a new destination. 

Several IT devices were shipped to Dawa, Ghana where colleagues will soon be able to work digitally too. Other devices were given to colleagues in Belgium who were hit by floods a couple of months prior. The IT devices that were left, 80 desktops and 60 monitors, were given to Close the Gap, which we are so grateful for!
