Huawei
In May 2012 Huawei confirmed its support for NFTE, a Belgian non-profit organisation that aims to teach entrepreneurship to low-income youth. Huawei financed 39 laptops in order to empower the ICT programme that is given as part of the training scheme.
The mission of NFTE is to help vulnerable youngsters to become economically productive members of society. The programme focuses on improving academic, business, technological and general life skills. The use of ICT in a professional environment is incorporated throughout the programme.
